NFL RedZone Host Scott Hanson Ruthlessly Claps Back to Barstool's Dave Portnoy
By Ryan Flores
It's safe to say that Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy is not happy with NFL RedZone host Scott Hanson.
During the fourth quarter of Sunday's matchup between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Los Angeles Rams, the Bengals made an admirable last-ditch effort with less than two minutes left in the game to attempt a comeback. However, when an Auden Tate receiving touchdown was overturned, Portnoy immediately shared his displeasure with Hanson, as RedZone did not show what happened.
Portnoy had bet on the Bengals covering the spread of 12, which would have happened if Cincinnati would have scored in the final minutes of the game. He was clearly enraged when he was watching RedZone and the touchdown was taken away, which means he must have lost the chance at a ton of money.
Hanson simply wasn't going to take the slander dished out by Portnoy lying down. He came back at Portnoy with what could be clap back of the year shortly after Portnoy popped off on him.
Portnoy eventually calmed down and said that he wants to make sure something like this never happens again, stating that he wants to have a sit down with Hanson. However, after Portnoy's complete meltdown, I'm not sure that will be happening any time soon.
Hanson left no stone unturned in undressing El Prez here.
Calm down, Davey.
