NFL Teams Should Copy Saints Taysom Hill Phenomenon By Drafting Lynn Bowden

Taysom Hill has become a key player for the New Orleans Saints because of his ability to do just about anything. He can line up at quarterback, running back, receiver, and play both ways on special teams. He has only played in limited action and still received a vote of confidence from the Saints that he is in the team's future plans after Drew Brees.
As with other trends, NFL teams will try to find players who can perform like Hill. Someone who can line up and do so many things is a weapon and can keep opposing defenses confused as to what is coming. One player who could fit into the trend is Kentucky's Lynn Bowden.

Bowden finished 2019 with success in several facets of the game. He had 403 passing yards, 1,468 rushing yards, 348 receiving yards, and 220 return yards. His 223 rushing yards in last year's Belk Bowl led Kentucky to a victory over Virginia Tech and earned him game MVP honors.
Kentucky's leading WR Lynn Bowden Jr. made his first start at QB. All he did was:

He was thrust into the starting quarterback role and while he primarily ran the ball, an NFL team could get a top receiver who also happened to run an entire offense. That experience is rare and unlike Hill, Bowden could line up full-time as a receiver. Teams always copy each other and drafting Bowden adds a unique and dynamic player with experience at every skill position and on special teams.
