NFLPA Absolutely Destroys Jaguars in Latest Statement Over Injury Grievance
By Andy Loughmiller

The Jacksonville Jaguars have been underwhelming this season, and perhaps that is a reflection of their players' attitude towards the team's unwillingness to recognize the offseason as their personal time.
An email from the NFLPA details how the Jaguars have been fining players for not attending rehab sessions or medical appointments during the offseason. According to the CBA, NFL teams cannot require these things to take place at their facilities unless it is during the season, making the fines unjust.
“25% of the grievances filed by players in the entire league have been filed against the Jaguars.”

Wow. https://t.co/xnqxN7ArnA
At the end of the email, the NFLPA notes that one in every four grievances filed by players over the course of the past two years have been against the Jags. They went on to say " you as players may want to consider this when you have a chance to select your next club."
Yikes. Talk about a savage conclusion.
The unnamed player the Jaguars (Tom Coughlin) fined more than $700k in 2018 was Dante Fowler.

The fines have now been rescinded after an arbitrator sided with the NFLPA.
This might also add some context to Jalen Ramsey's trade request earlier this season.
This statement from the NFLPA surely isn't going to help Jacksonville during free agency and the team will have to work on improving its already unfavorable image.
