The legend of Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Gardner Minshew has been growing by the week, but it appears that the growth of the fan favorite might be stunted by the potential return of Nick Foles from a clavicle injury he suffered in Week 1.

Per Ian Rapoport, Nick Foles will be back at practice on Wednesday, and the expectation is that he'll be eligible to return for the Jags' Week 11 matchup with the Colts.

Don't get me wrong: everyone around the NFL knows that Minshew has the ability and tools to be a starting-caliber quarterback in the NFL. In Foles' absence, Minshew has led the Jags to a 3-2 record since he took over the reins, with 10 touchdowns to two interceptions along with 1,697 passing yards.

That's not even mentioning how profitable Minshew's image has been for the Jags, who have taken advantage of that by creating promotions centered around his beloved mustache.

However, the Jags paid Foles to be their franchise quarterback, giving him a four-year deal worth $88 million, with $50 million guaranteed. They wouldn't want to waste all that money now, would they?

With Foles' return looming, the Jags certainly have a decision to make. Minshew has carried the torch admirably, but would the team really be willing to stick Foles on clipboard duty?
