Auburn's Noah Igbinoghene Boldly Claims Tigers Program Has Surpassed Alabama
By Brendan Balsamo

The Iron Bowl between the Auburn Tigers and the Alabama Crimson Tide is one of the best rivalries in college football's 150 year history. However, Alabama is winning the all-time series 46-37. The Crimson Tide has objectively been the better team throughout the years.
When former Auburn corner back Noah Igbinoghene was asked for his opinion on the matter at the 2020 NFL Combine, though, he said that the tide is changing (pun intended).
'I feel like Auburn has come around as the best in that state.'

After two seasons starting for the Tigers, Igbinoghene saw the Crimson Tide go down in their last matchup in November, as Alabama missed the College Football Playoff for the first time since its implementation in 2014.
"I feel like Auburn has come around as the best in that state. So I really feel like the next couple years we’re gonna show that. Recruiting, everything. The coaches are winning. So I’ll see. We’ll all see," said Igbinoghene.

We will have to see how that prediction turns out, as Alabama has the No. 3 2020 recruiting class while Auburn has No. 7. Either Igbinoghene is a prophet, or we'll be seeing him on Freezing Cold Takes sometime soon.
