Nuggets Player Who Drew Charge on Tacko Fall Has Perfect Twitter Response
By Sean Facey
Tacko Fall has been the story of the NBA Summer League so far, mostly due to the fact that he's an absurdly large human being. That being said, he's been part of some truly exciting plays, including one in which he obliterated a defender in Tuesday's game between the Boston Celtics and the Denver Nuggets.
In a mad dash for the rim, Fall barreled over everything that was in his path, including Nuggets point guard Brandon Goodwin, who's a full 18 inches and 130 pounds smaller than he is.
Goodwin, who took the full force of Fall's 7-foot-6, 310-pound frame, had a hilarious response to the play on Twitter.
Now that's the positive attitude we like to see out of a young player trying to make a name for himself! Goodwin seriously deserves an award for standing taking on the freight train of a person that is Tacko Fall.
Both Fall and Goodwin actually attended UCF, but the two never played together. Goodwin transferred before his junior year, so maybe this was Fall's way of showing him how Knights get down nowadays.
It wouldn't be surprising if sometime in the near future Goodwin admits that his life flashed before his eyes in the moments leading up to the play.
At least he's having some fun with it. He's shown some hilarious resolve following an otherwise brutal play that took a massive mix of courage and grit to make.
