Odell Beckham Jr. Has Funny Response to Tony Romo's Huge Broadcasting Contract on Twitter
By Jack Murphy
Former Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo has quickly earned a reputation as one of the most renowned NFL analysts. He recently signed a hefty multi-year deal that even has NFL players jealous.
Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. joked on Twitter that he wants to become an announcer in response to Romo's huge payday.
No need to panic Dawg Pound, OBJ seems to be just making a joke. There is no sign that your stud receiver will be hanging up the cleats anytime soon. OBJ is just in shock with the payday that Romo received, and wanted to stir up the internet with this funny response.
Romo is getting paid money that elite NFL players don't even make. According to Andrew Marchand of the New York Post, Romo came to an agreement with CBS for a multi-year deal that will pay $17 million a year. This would make him the highest paid NFL analyst of all time.
Odell could become an analyst once his playing days are over, as his personality is among the best in the NFL. Even though he probably won't make a Romo paycheck, he will be compensated handsomely.
