Ohio State Coach Ryan Day Provides Positive Injury Update on QB Justin Fields

Ohio State's star quarterback Justin Fields suffered a knee injury against rival Michigan in the last regular game of the season. However, the Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year did not let the ailment stop him from playing in the B1G Championship Game, throwing for 299 passing yards and three touchdowns and leading his team to the win (which we predicted), their third title in a row.
With the Fiesta Bowl against Clemson quickly approaching, Ohio State fans are hoping that the QB heals up in time for the big game. Thankfully, Buckeyes coach Ryan Day gave a positive injury update on the young QB.
Ryan Day on Justin Fields' health: "I think with this rest, he's going to be at 100 percent."

This is huge news for Ohio State, as this means their quarterback will be back to full strength. However, this is even better news for college football fans, as we get to see Fields and Trevor Lawrence battle with both players free of any injury concern.
Ohio State will play Clemson as No. 2 and No. 3, which means we get to see Justin Fields and Trevor Lawrence play against each other.

The No. 1 and No. 2 overall prospects in the 2018 class, both from Georgia.
Fields and the Buckeyes hope to prove worthy of their No. 2 ranking after a dominant regular season, and the former Georgia transfer is an essential piece for Day and Co.
