VIDEO: Justin Herbert Stiff Arms Wisconsin Defender as Oregon Retakes Lead in Rose Bowl

The Wisconsin defense is almost impossible to run the ball on effectively, but Oregon QB Justin Herbert has managed to find the end zone twice now in the first half of the 2020 Rose Bowl. In his final collegiate game, Herbert scampered into the end zone after a thunderous stiff arm that helped Oregon take a 14-10 lead over Wisconsin after a Jack Coan interception.
