Oregon reportedly hires Dan Lanning as new head coach
Is the search finally over for the Oregon Ducks? The team has been looking for a new head coach now that Mario Cristobal has made his way to Florida to take over as the head man for the Miami Hurricanes.
Well, per a report, the Ducks have gone to the SEC to land their guy, as they've hired Dan Lanning of Georgia to replace Cristobal.
Lanning serves as the DC for the Bulldogs, but it only seemed like a matter of time before he became a head coach. Now, he'll be getting his shot with Oregon in the Pac-12. This is massive news.
