Packers Apply for 2022 NFL Draft Bid in Green Bay
By Charles Nason

The locations for the next four NFL Drafts are all already determined, with the exception of 2022.
The 2020 draft will take place in Las Vegas, with 2021 in Cleveland and 2023 in Kansas City. With a vacant slot in the NFL's draft locations, teams can begin submitting bids to bring the event to their home town. Well, you can officially add the Green Bay Packers to that list now.

President and CEO of the Packers, Mark Murphy, has officially stated that Green Bay has submitted a bid to host the 2022 NFL Draft. While this is far from a done deal, and plenty of other cities or teams set to submit bids of their own, the Packers have taken charge of the situation.
The NFL notoriously likes to vary the cities that the draft is hosted in. With bigger cities occupying most of the location slots, they do like to have smaller urban areas with growing football markets to host the draft.

Las Vegas, Cleveland and Kansas City all have one thing in common: professional football is on the rise. Green Bay must prove they can compete with such an atmosphere. Fans at Lambeau certainly don't struggle to show their enthusiasm.
