Packers CB Tramon Williams Actually Bummed Patrick Mahomes Got Hurt Just Before Big Matchup

It's safe to say that almost every NFL fan is upset about Patrick Mahomes' knee injury he suffered Thursday night against the Broncos.
Thankfully, MRI results showed that the superstar quarterback only dislocated his knee, and should be back in a few weeks.
The MRI has confirmed the #Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes suffered a dislocated kneecap, but not significant additional damage, sources tell me and @JamesPalmerTV. He’ll seek additional opinions to be sure. The plan is for him to return this season after a brief absence.

Surprisingly, even rival players that have to face last year's MVP have expressed some disappointment. Packers CB Tramon Williams explained his reasoning on Friday.
Contrary to how some Packers fans might have felt when they saw Patrick Mahomes get hurt a week before he was supposed to play Green Bay in a highly anticipated Sunday night game, Tramon Williams was bummed:

"There’s hype behind the game because he’s that great," the Packers cornerback told ESPN. "Mahomes is that great, and you want to play against a player like that. First and foremost, hope he’s OK and hope he gets the chance to play because we want to play against greatness."
Rival secondaries always want to face greatness like Mahomes, as someone like him amplifies the game. Fans agree with Williams' sentiment whole-heartedly, as Packers-Chiefs is no longer necessarily must-see TV for the average NFL supporter.

The only ones who are going to miss Mahomes' talent more than the fans are the Chiefs themselves.
