The Green Bay Packers held on to defeat their iconic NFL rival Dallas Cowboys 34-24 on Sunday afternoon. While every fan will talk about Green Bay's huge win, a certain under-the-radar streak came to an end in the process.

During the first half, center Corey Linsley suffered a concussion, which kept him out of action for the remainder of the day. Lucas Patrick entered the game at center as his replacement. As a result, Linsley's consecutive snaps streak came to an end at a whopping 2,749.

Linsley has been on the field for every offensive down since the middle of 2016. That's a nearly three-year streak. That's some ridiculous durability.

Once entering the NFL out of Ohio State as a 2014 fifth-round draft pick, Linsley made his presence felt, replacing an injured JC Tretter as a rookie. Once he took over, Linsley never relinquished the role until 2016, when he dealt with a hamstring injury that forced him to miss the first half of that season. Ever since, a streak was born.

Corey Linsley was properly honoreds as the Packers' 2018 Iron Man Award winner, and he solidified that moniker with this impressive streak. Like all good streaks, his run unfortunately came to an end.

Luckily, his streak was sacrificed in the name of a win, however.
