Packers Latest Free Agent Buzz Suggests Bryan Bulaga is Gone
By Sam Dunn

The Green Bay Packers made a splash on Monday when it was reported that they had inked former Browns linebacker Christian Kirksey. But with every action comes an equal and opposite reaction, and an enduring fan favorite could be headed out the door now that another move has been enacted.
Insiders Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo report that former Lions tackle Rick Wagner is the newest member of the Pack, suggesting that Bryan Bulaga's tenure is done.
The #Packers have agreed to terms with free agent RT Rick Wagner, formerly of the #Lions, per me and @MikeGarafolo. This signals what has become clear, that Bryan Bulaga is gone.

Wagner, a former fifth-round pick out of Wisconsin, started his NFL career with the Ravens before spending the last three campaigns in the NFC North with Detroit, becoming well known to Packer fans. While he'll slot into the picture on the right side of the line, losing Bulaga will be a legitimate emotional hit for Matt LaFleur's team.
In Wagner and Kirksey, the Packers sign 2 players that don't impact the compensatory pick formula while filling two big holes. Likely means Bulaga is gone, but net could be 3rd or 4th round comp pick.

Set up to add a WR in the draft and add depth.
Bulaga, who's spent his whole decade-long career with Green Bay, he ended his rookie season with a title in Super Bowl XLV. Notably, 2019 marked the first time in his career in which he started all 16 regular season games, playing 83% of offensive snaps. Now, he's almost certainly off for a new adventure.
