This Packers Player is a Surprise Breakout Candidate for 2020

The Green Bay Packers might not have added a wide receiver in the 2020 NFL Draft, but that doesn't change the fact that there are a few young pass catchers that Aaron Rodgers and the fanbase should get excited about.
The Packers should lean heavily on second-year tight end Jace Sternberger, who is expected to take over the TE1 role after Jimmy Graham was let go.
Sternberger had just 60 offensive snaps, and didn't record any regular season statistics in his rookie season. He made just three catches in two playoff games. Still, the success of Travis Kelce, a former third-round pick, proves that it sometimes takes mid-round tight ends a while to put it all together, especially if they suffered through a rookie year beset by injuries.
Sternberger offers a much higher ceiling as a seam-busting receiver than third-round pick Josiah Deguara, who is best served as an H-back. Sternberger caught 48 passes for 832 yards and 10 touchdowns while lining up at several different positions during his final season at Texas A&M, and he is expected to soak up most of the targets in an offense that utilized the tight end frequently.
Sternberger's rookie year was basically a wash, but this guy was one of the best 2019 tight end prospects for a reason, and he has all the tools to prove the doubters wrong in 2020.
