Packers Players Show Off Halloween Costumes at Haunted House Party
By Chris Pyo
The Green Bay Packers have been on a roll lately, having won four straight games to bring them to a record of 7-1 atop the NFC North.
Now, with Halloween coming up, Packers players have time to show off some of there costumes, and there are some spirited efforts. Wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling showed off his costume on Instagram, and he's dressed up as Martin Lawrence's character from the cop comedy "Blue Streak."
I guess Valdes-Scantling's got the pizza's ready for the cops just like Miles Logan, huh? That's an impressive reference for the 25-year-old to be making given that "Blue Streak" came out in 1999.
Other costumes include cornerback Kevin King's Bob Marley homage, which is a bit more authentic than David Bakhtiari's "Nextflix and Chill," but perhaps less funny.
Bakhtiari later posted another picture on his Instagram story with a couple of his Packer teammates, and Bryan Bulaga was featured as none other than Aaron Rodgers. Classic.
However, the award for best costume by a Packers player has to go to the duo of tight end Jimmy Graham and assistant athletic trainer Nate Weir, who were dressed as Aaron Judge and Jose Altuve, respectively.
That takes the cake as perhaps a GOAT Halloween pairing. Props to Graham and Weir for matching Judge and Altuve down to the arm sleeves.
