Packers Rookie OL Elgton Jenkins Didn’t Allow a Single Sack in 2019
By Michael Luciano

The Green Bay Packers inserted rookie guard Elgton Jenkins into the starting lineup in Week 3, and the pass protection provided by the former Mississippi State star has been so impenetrable that Aaron Rodgers could essentially have a cup of tea in the pocket before he decides to throw.
According to Pro Football Focus, the breakout star rookie pass blocked on 571 snaps this season and he didn't allow a single sack on any of them.

Jenkins was picked 44th overall because of his versatility, as he played center, guard and tackle in college. He has since become a mainstay at guard in Green Bay, and will be a rock on their offensive line for the next few years.
PFF also named Jenkins and Packers rookie safety Darnell Savage to their All-Rookie team.

Finding value on Day 2 and Day 3 of the draft is how you build a championship team, and Brian Gutekunst appears to have nailed it in 2019 by selecting a potential All-Pro player in Jenkins.
