Packers WR Davante Adams Expected to Play Against Chargers
By Michael Luciano

The Green Bay Packers are getting some extra reinforcements against the Los Angeles Chargers, as their No. 1 receiver is back and healthy.
Davante Adams, who has been out with turf toe ever since he piled up 180 yards against the Philadelphia Eagles, will play in a limited role against the Chargers.
FOX's @JayGlazer says #Packers WR Davante Adams will play today vs. Chargers. Expected to be "limited" in his return.

Adams was averaging a career-high 94.5 yards per game in the four games he played in this season. While the likes of Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Geronimo Allison did the best they could to hold on, bringing Adams back into the thick of things in Green Bay is only going to benefit this offense.
Even in a limited role, Adams should get some opportunities against a Derwin James-less Chargers defensive backfield.
The #Packers head into Sunday with optimism that star WR Davante Adams (toe) can return to the field, sources say. They’ll likely put him through a workout to test it, but they are planning as if Adams will be back for the first time since Sept. 26.

The Packers ran the table without Adams in the lineup, so bringing him back will only make that passing attack more lethal. The Chargers better bring their A-game if they want the win this week.
