How to Live Stream the Game
The matchup will be televised on SportsNet Los Angeles and Fox Sports San Diego at 4:10 p.m. ET. Further streams can be found on the MLB Streams subreddit.
The Padres enter this game coming off a 3-1 victory over the Dodgers in the third game of the series.
Padres Lineup
Fernando Tatis Jr. will bat leadoff, with the team being stacked with talent behind him, most notably the two and three hitters, Eric Hosmer and Manny Machado.
Pitcher Joey Lucchesi (6-4) will get the start and build upon his last start, where he allowed two runs with six strikeouts in five and one-third innings of work. Lucchesi currently has a 3.91 ERA, and has done very well heading into the All-Star break, as he has a 3.12 ERA in his past three starts.
Dodgers Lineup
On the side for the Dodgers, they enter this game on a two-game losing streak at the hands of the Padres. Chris Taylor hits leadoff, with Enrique Hernández in the two-hole and Justin Turner batting third. Cody Bellinger and Max Muncy round out the heart of the order.
Ross Stripling (3-2) will get the start on Sunday, as he looks to rebound from his last start, where he allowed four runs in just four and two-thirds innings. Stripling has faced the Padres twice in relief this year, and has not allowed a hit in two innings of work, and has struck out four.
The Dodgers have been one of the best offensive teams in baseball this year, averaging 5.2 runs per game.
The Dodgers would sure love to bounce back and split the series with the Padres. That's for sure.
