Patrick Mahomes' Career Postseason Stats Truly Might Make You Pass Out
By Will Coleman
From all the records and accolades to his pure play-making ability, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes can do it all.
Sunday, Mahomes got his AFC Championship revenge to punch Kansas City's first ticket to the Super Bowl since 1970. It was the young signal-caller's fourth ever playoff start, but his performance this weekend brought his career postseason stats to some staggering totals.
Mahomes accounted for 347 total yards and four touchdowns against the Titans, joining Peyton Manning and Colin Kaepernick as the only quarterbacks with at least 90 QBR in multiple games of a single postseason.
Mahomes has an MVP, a 5,000-yard passing season and consecutive trips to the conference championship before he's even turned 25, and now he could even add a Super Bowl to that list.
Mahomes will have the opportunity to build upon those postseason totals against the 49ers in Super Bowl LIV on Feb. 2. Win or lose, Mahomes has cemented his status as the most talented QB in the NFL.
