Patrick Mahomes' Girlfriend Brittany Matthews Can Probably Lift More Than You

Does Patrick Mahomes have it all? He's arguably the most exciting player in the NFL, he has an MVP trophy under his belt, and he's the parent of two beautiful dogs, Silver and Steel, with girlfriend Brittany Matthews, aka Brittany Lynne.

But if you simply assumed that Mahomes was the undisputed top athlete in this relationship, you aren't necessarily correct. Brittany is a former pro soccer player and active personal trainer, and runs her own company, Brittany Lynne Fitness.

She's a globe-trotter, too.

But she still knows that Arrowhead Stadium is home.

Some lovely lower body work for you guys to try out? ========== Do I do cardio? A question I get asked a ton... The answer is no not really??‍♀️ Here’s the thing, I am trying to put on some mass therefore doing cardio should be put to a bare minimum, I played soccer my whole life up until last summer, so running was always my main focus. My endurance level is very high so it takes a lot for me to get tired and get some good work in, something I don’t really care to find time to do.. Considering running has always been a part of my life, it is no longer something I enjoy, it’s not fun and I will not make myself do something I don’t enjoy, especially not on a treadmill, however every once in a while I “should” do it just to keep my heart happy, but instead.... HIIT is also a really good option for me and something I will work into my training here and there?????? Went to F45 the other day thinking I was going to die because I haven’t really done any circuit HIIT training in a while, and it actually didn’t kill me, so I realized getting my endurance back won’t be hard for me so yes I’m going to put that on my list of resolutions to work into my training (HIIT) maybe once a week just to please my heart❤️ Side note I do the stair master sometimes when I’m in a really good training mood? so I guess that counts ? •••• If you are looking to lose weight or lean up then yes I do recommend to add cardio/HIIT Into your training ?

Mahomes and his Kansas City Chiefs may have lost in somewhat surprising fashion to the Indianapolis Colts Sunday, but they're still off to a promising start to the year. If an when they mount up another big playoff run, you can bet that Brittany will be there among the very loudest voices cheering on the MVP.
