Patrick Mahomes Has Perfect Response to 'Hangover' Question and Shows Love to Texas Tech

After defeating the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LIV, the Kansas City Chiefs began their week-long celebration. The team returned to the home of "Chiefs Kingdom" with Lombardi Trophy in tow, just in time for their championship parade.
On Wednesday, the Chiefs boarded buses and partied with Kansas City locals like there was no tomorrow. No one had more fun than quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who pounded beer after beer while riding down to the streets of KC. While most people would wake up with a splitting hangover, it appears that's just another facet of life in which Mahomes is superior to us mere mortals.
Mahomes was asked about his hangover and gave a perfect response, saying that his time at Texas Tech prepared him for moments like these.
What a champ. You can officially attribute Mahomes' alcohol tolerance and resistance to hangover to his days of crushing beers at Texas Tech.
When looking back at the tape, Mahomes and tight end Travis Kelce were the consistent participators in kicking back some beers at the parade, and the QB certainly looked confident in his chugging ability. But hey, you're entitled to do so when you can officially call yourself a Super Bowl champion.
The Chiefs and Mahomes will forever remember this moment, but they'll fight equally hard to have another parade next year, and they're in good position to do so.
