Patrick Mahomes Was Amped When Tom Brady Holed Out for Birdie During 'The Match'

Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes was tuned in to watch Tiger Woods and Peyton Manning take on Phil Mickelson and Tom Brady on Sunday but it didn't appear he had a rooting interest. The Super Bowl MVP was just happy to see some live sports, which explains why he was so amped when Brady holed out for birdie on the seventh.

Maybe Mahomes was pulling for Brady because he's in the NFC now?

That was Mahomes' only reaction on social media for the day, so it's clear TB12's heatseeking chip got him off the couch. Either that, or Mahomes had to go tend to another traffic-related incident regarding his car and his girlfriend, Brittany Matthews.

Perhaps he was busy taking notes considering we could very well see the Chiefs star in one of these events over the next couple of years. Remember when this video surfaced of Mahomes bombing drives?
