Antonio Brown might have apologized to New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, but that doesn't seem to have improved his chances at getting back into the league.

Despite earlier rumblings claiming otherwise, Brown, who recently met with the NFL to discuss the allegations of sexual harassment made against him by a former personal trainer, is not being considered for a reunion in New England.

The New England wide receivers room is as bare bones as it gets for a contending team, but apparently adding the combustable AB is too much to handle.

Brown caught five passes, including a touchdown, during his one-game cameo against the Miami Dolphins, and is just a year removed from leading the NFL in receiving touchdowns despite playing on a Pittsburgh Steelers team that featured JuJu Smith-Schuster.

Despite his talent, a looming sexual assault allegation and his fiery temper could upset the New England apple cart, and the Patriots will continue to ride with Julian Edelman, N'Keal Harry and Phillip Dorsett.

We might have seen the last of AB on a football field, especially if any iota of the allegations levied against him are proven to be true.
