Patriots Signing Man Named Bill Murray and He Looks Straight Out of the 1800s
By Carter Owen

Even with Tom Brady's departure to Tampa Bay, the New England Patriots still managed to make headlines during and after the 2020 NFL draft. From Bill Belichick's dog staring into his computer, to a controversial kicker, to the signing of a guy actually named Bill Murray, the Patriots did it all this past weekend.
Yes, New England now has a DT with the same name as the iconic Chicago comedian. Who knows if he's funny? Who know's if he'll even make the final roster? What we do know, at this point, is that he looks like a newspaper cutout from the 1800s.

And before you make jokes and ask about his sense of humor, allow me to present his headshot. pic.twitter.com/nEqepYmmr5
In addition to his all-world mustache, Murray is also a talented football player. A two-time All-Colonial Athletic Association selection, he led William & Mary with 11.5 tackles for loss and six sacks in 2019. He also ranked first among all Division I players with four blocked kicks.

While it remains to be seen how he will adapt to the Patriot Way, we can all agree on one thing. Belichick needs to make the right decision and keep Murray on the final roster. He deserves it. The mustache deserves it. The people deserve it.
