VIDEO: Lonzo Ball's Lifting Form is Truly Abysmal

Quarantine workouts from professional athletes have given fans plenty of inspiration for what they can do at home to stay in shape. Although there are plenty of exercise routines that fans can follow on social media, there also more than a few that need to be avoided. A prime example of what not to do is brought to us by Pelicans point guard Lonzo Ball.
I love the attempt of doing a barbell shoulder press, but Lonzo, your form is awful. He is leaning back on every rep, flaring his elbows out and not locking his arms all the way out. Don’t worry Lonzo, we will not tell anyone if you drop the weight as long as you actually do it with proper form. You can flex and scream at the camera still. We promise.
Where is LaVar when you need him? Someone needs to help the oldest Ball brother with his lifting form so that it does not take a toll on his shooting form... or perhaps it already has and we finally have a reason. Either way, Lonzo needs to get it together.
