People Complaining About Giants Banning Aubrey Huff for 'Freedom of Speech' Have No Clue What They're Talking About

The baseball world continues to be split after it was revealed the San Francisco Giants will not be welcoming Aubrey Huff to the team's 10-year World Series reunion.
For some, the narrative revolves around the Giants keeping him out of town because he's an avid Donald Trump supporter. If you think this is the case, join us back in reality whenever is most convenient for you. That's simply not the case. Period.
Gonna say this once and log off: Giants officials have made it clear to me they are not banning Aubrey Huff because they dislike or disagree with his political views. They believe he has crossed the line when it comes to misogyny, vulgarity and common decency. Words matter.

Per the Giants, Huff's political views is his business and no one else's. The organization isn't banning him because he likes Donald. Instead, it's alarming tweets like the one below that have cost him a chance to reunite and celebrate alongside his former teammates.

As an American citizen, I am ashamed and disgusted by this comment and I appologize to the Iranian people.
I believe former MLB player @aubrey_huff should immediatly delete this comment and appologize to the Iranian people and his fellow Americans. https://t.co/psONS1wcQH pic.twitter.com/cJMP5Fs9Jq
This is nothing short of disgusting and disrespectful. Huff wasn't done there, and tried defending his stupidity.
Does nobody have a sense of humor anymore!? ??♂️ The way Iranian women are treated over there I simply wanted 2 say I’d go there 2 rescue them & bring them back 2 the states. And they would be so thankful 2 escape that hell that they’d fan me & feed me grapes. Never said rape! ? https://t.co/F3IpCcivkN pic.twitter.com/WbGpgnAEmL

How about the time he said he was teaching his kids how to properly use a gun in case Bernie Sanders was elected president? You're right, Aubrey. Our fault. This is totally okay to post on social media...
Teaching children how to safely handle and shoot a gun at a legal gun range is common sense. Using the pretense that they’ll definitely need the experience “because Socialism” though? Cringey. pic.twitter.com/WpzTKA5OVL

The fact that he wants Trump getting re-elected isn't why the Giants won't welcome him with open arms. His inexcusable behavior on Twitter is.
Any average Joe would face similar consequences for erratic behavior like this. The Giants are doing the right thing here, no doubt.
