It's normal for teammates to have arguments or disagreements, but when one ends up punching another right into a garbage can, observers are going to want to know a little more about just what happened.
Retired NFL receiver Percy Harvin ha done just that by shedding some light on why he struck former Seahawks teammate Golden Tate during the week of Super Bowl XLVIII in 2014. In a wide-ranging discussion, he also went into detail about his frequent use of marijuana as an active player.

Imagine this: you say something about your teammate during a media scrum and all of a sudden, they just walk up to you in the locker room, sock you in the face, and you're instantly sitting in a trash can as confused as ever.
And after that, you have to take a team photo. Camaraderie in a nutshell!
Surely, the issue could've been resolved before it escalated to physical altercation, but Harvin definitely didn't want to talk about it. In an interview with Bleacher Report, he accepted the blame for the episode and revealed that it was a result of his anxiety.

At least both men were able to put the incident behind them in time for the big game, where the Seahawks won their first Super Bowl in franchise history. Harvin even added a kick return touchdown in the game for good measure, while Tate caught three passes for 17 yards.
