VIDEO: Petr Mrazek and Kyle Clifford Get in Scary Collision During Hurricanes-Leafs
By Mark Powell

The crease is a safe space for goaltenders, but some netminders need a reminder every now and then. Petr Mrazek charged out of his net in hopes of clearing the puck from his zone against the Maple Leafs, but Toronto's Kyle Clifford had a mind of his own, hoping to create a scoring opportunity. The result of these conflicting goals wasn't pretty.

Clifford, upon first look, was fine after the collision. Mrazek, meanwhile, remained down on the ice for a bit. All things considered, this could've been much worse. More than anything, it speaks to the anarchy of open ice. Goalies be warned.
