VIDEO: Miles Sanders' 2019 Highlights Prove He’s Already an Impact Player for Eagles
By Tyler Kemp

Coming out of Penn State as a second-round pick one year ago, Eagles running back Miles Sanders crossed over to the other side of Pennsylvania with notable expectations going into his rookie season. It took some time to get his feet wet, but once he did, he was a staple in the Eagles’ offense to help take pressure off quarterback Carson Wentz en route to Philly’s third consecutive playoff berth.

Sanders catching this wheel route against the Vikings was just a glimpse into the work he put in this past year. In 16 games, Sanders dashed for 818 yards on the ground and 509 in the receiving game for over 1,300 all-purpose yards. Sanders also scored six total touchdowns on the year -- three each on the ground and through the air.
That's a pretty impressive start to a career.

They must've been talking about someone else
In 2020, Sanders will be in competition with Raiders running back Josh Jacobs for the crown of best second-year running back in the league. The City of Brotherly Love ought to be all-in on Sanders after what he showed as a rookie.
Call him the Fresh Prince of running backs in the NFL.
