Phillies vs Dodgers MLB Live Stream Reddit for Series Finale
By Joey Mauceri
The Philadelphia Phillies (33-25) and Los Angeles Dodgers (40-19) will conclude their series Sunday afternoon at Dodger Stadium. The Dodgers will be going for the sweep after taking the first two games of the series.
LA took game two of the series Saturday night behind a walk-off home run by rookie Will Smith, and it was also the first homer of Smith's career. Bryce Harper looked like the hero after clobbering a game tying two-run home run off of Julio Urias in the top of the eighth, but his heroics were outdone by the work of Smith.
How to Live Stream the Game
First pitch is scheduled for 4:10 p.m. ET. The game will be broadcast on SNLA and NBCSP. Live streaming will be available a few minutes before first pitch on the MLB streams subreddit.
Phillies Lineup
The Phillies are desperate for a win. Saturday night's loss made it three in a row, and the lead over Atlanta in the NL East shrunk to two games. The silver lining from Saturday night's loss however was the heroics of Bryce Harper, who is off to the worst start of his career in his first season as a Phillie.
However, Harper is heating up as of late, as he is hitting .375 with a 1.080 OPS in his last ten games, including two home runs and six doubles. Harper will hit third in Sunday's lineup, ahead of Rhys Hoskins who has been mashing all year with a .935 OPS. Nick Pivetta will be on the bump for the Phillies, who has struggled mightily this season with a 7.71 ERA.
The Dodgers high-powered lineup will look to keep it rolling today and complete the sweep.
Cody Bellinger, who is on pace to have one the greatest seasons of all-time, will bat cleanup Sunday. Bellinger leads the majors in several offensive categories including batting average and OPS.
Will Smith is not in the lineup Sunday after his walk-off heroics, as Russell Martin will get the start behind the plate. Rich Hill will take the mound for LA, looking to continue his solid season, in which he's registered a 2.73 ERA so far.
