Phillies vs Dodgers MLB Live Stream Reddit for Series Opener in LA
By Brian Cass
We may be watching a National League playoff preview Friday night as the Philadelphia Phillies (33-23) travel out West to take on the Los Angeles Dodgers (38-19).
How to Stream the Game
That matchup between the Phils and Dodgers will be televised on both NSPA and SNLA at 10:10 p.m. ET. Further streams of the game can be found on the MLB Live Stream subreddit page.
Phillies Lineup
Veteran pitcher Jake Arrieta is set to take the mound for Philly in the series opener. Arrieta is having a solid season thus far, posting a 5-4 record with a 3.60 ERA. In his last two starts he's only allowed three runs in 14 innings pitched, so he'll be looking to keep the hot streak going against LA.
Bryce Harper has been slowly getting himself out of his midseason slump, putting together a handful of solid outings as of late, tallying multiple hits in his last three games. He and the rest of the Phillies offense will need to show up against the Dodgers if they want to get the W.
Dodgers Lineup
Right hander Kenta Maeda will be on the mound for LA in their series opener against Philly. Maeda is having a good season, but he's coming off one of his worst outings of the year in his last start against the Pittsburgh Pirates. He'll be looking to get back on track against the Phils.
With outfielder Cody Bellinger leading the way, the Dodgers lineup is full of heavy hitters, and they'll be looking to go yard quite a bit in this series. Bellinger is hitting at a ridiculous .377 so far this year, the best average in the major leagues.
Center fielder Alex Verdugo and third baseman Justin Turner are also hitting over .300 for the year. The LA bats will have thier work cut out for them against Arrieta in the series opener.
