The Boston Red Sox were so obsessed with cutting costs this offseason that a former MVP in Mookie Betts was traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers for pennies on the dollar.

In one of his first games as a Dodger in Spring Training, Betts was matched up against the Milwaukee Brewers, who signed former Boston utility player Brock Holt to a one-year deal.
