Photo Surfaces of Gregg Popovich and Steve Kerr Meeting Over Glasses of Wine Ahead of NBA Finals

Nothing screams NBA Finals preparation like heading to a restaurant and tossing back a bottle of red with one of the best coaches in the history of the game.

For Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr, it could prove tactically important.

Last Friday night, a photo surfaced of Kerr and Gregg Popovich drinking some wine at dinner, presumably talking each other's ears off about hoops. Oh, and one other thing comes to mind they probably chatted about...

I mean, Kerr was definitely talking with Pop about the best way to try and contain Kawhi Leonard, right? Who better to learn from than his former coach? Should that be the case, Warriors fans need to get Popovich's address ASAP and send him a couple of bottles of the good stuff.

Leonard has been nothing short of sensational this postseason. The former San Antonio Spur is averaging 31.2 points per game, with a field-goal percentage above 50. Simply unheard of.

Though the Warriors are heavy favorites to win it all and three-peat, Leonard isn't going down without a fight. Should Golden State somehow lock him down, they might have to thank Gregg Popovich for the inside info.
