The Pittsburgh Pirates head to St. Louis on Monday looking to bounce back with a strong series against the Cardinals after getting swept by the division-leading Chicago Cubs this past weekend.
How to Live Stream the Game
First pitch is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. ET at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, MO. The game will be televised on Fox Sports Midwest and AT&T SportsNet Pittsburgh, with live streams available via the MLB Streams Subreddit.
Pittsburgh Pirates Lineup
Starling Marte will bat third tonight as he looks to continue his red-hot start to the second half. He's gone bridge three times in as many games since the second half got underway. All-Star first baseman Josh Bell will be hitting cleanup as he and Marte make for a dangerous heart of the order.
Despite posting a modest 4.15 ERA and a record of 6-7 in the first half of the season, Joe Musgrove will toe the rubber for the Pirates hoping to capitalize on his recent success. In his last four starts, Musgrove has a 1.64 ERA and the Pirates are undefeated in that span.
St. Louis Cardinals Lineup
Matt Carpenter enters the fray as the leadoff hitter for St. Louis, despite posting a dismal .212 batting average. Paul DeJong will hit second, followed by Paul Goldschmidt.
Miles Mikolas will make the start for the Cardinals on Monday after a tough first half of the season in which he finished 5-9 with a 4.53 ERA. In Mikolas' last five outings, he's 1-4 with a 4.14 ERA.
