Pistons Twitter Account Gets Ratio'd to Death After Embarrassing Return for Andre Drummond
The Cleveland Cavaliers and Detroit Pistons agreed on a rather shocking deal before Thursday's NBA trade deadline. Andre Drummond was sent to Cleveland in exchange for the expiring contracts of Brandon Knight and John Henson.
The deal makes sense for the Pistons if there was no desire to keep Drummond beyond this season as he holds a player option. Yet, that doesn't mean Pistons fans were happy about the paltry return for a player who was the face of the franchise for nearly a decade.

The team Twitter account is facing a classic ratio situation as fans are flooding the comments with confusion, anger, and frustration about the return in the trade.

The team took a player in Drummond and basically flipped him for two players just to match salary.

The Pistons have been the playoffs twice since the 2008-09 season and both trips have resulted in sweeps. In fact, the team has not won a playoff game since the 2007-08 Eastern Conference Finals.

Pistons fans have a right to be angry after all the struggles of the past decade. However, Drummond never led the team to great success and moving on from him could be good in the long-term.
