Mosley is facing two counts of criminal homicide and one count of attempted homicide.
Beathard, 22, and friend Paul Trapeni, 21, were killed in a fight outside of a bar in Nashville. Both Beathard and his friend were graduates of Franklin's Battle Ground Academy. One unnamed man was injured in the fight but escaped with his life.
Mosley, identified via security footage, is a convicted felon and a danger to society given his violent past, per Nashville police. He was captured and detained in Cheatham County.

CJ Beathard, a former third-round pick out of Iowa in 2017, has not played this season, and has thrown for 12 touchdowns and 13 interceptions in his pro career to this point.
Our sincerest condolences go out to Beathard and his family, and Mosley's arrest brings them one step closer to seeing justice served.
