Following Saturday's gut-wrenching loss to Clemson in the College Football Playoff, Ohio State star tailback JK Dobbins took to Twitter to announce that he will forgo his senior season and enter the NFL Draft.
To say that Ryan Day and the Buckeyes will have massive shoes to fill in Dobbins would be an understatement -- in his three years in Columbus, Dobbins recorded 4,459 yards (including 2,003 in 2019) on 725 carries for 38 touchdowns.

With that in mind, let's outline what Ohio State's probable depth chart at running back come 2020.
Projected 2020 Ohio State Running Back Depth Chart
1) Master Teague
Master Teague is the obvious choice for No. 1 duties and is coming off a productive sophomore campaign, totaling 789 yards on 135 carries, good for a terrific 5.8 yards per tote. He rushed for more than 90 yards in four different games, and combined for 186 yards against elite run defenses in Northwestern and Michigan State.
Teague will be the Ohio State's RB1 in 2020 barring something truly unforeseen.

2) Marcus Crowley
Marcus Crowley was fed early on in the year before he suffered a season-ending knee injury against Maryland.
The freshman totaled 237 rushing yards on a whopping 9.5 yards per carry over seven games before going down. If his rehab goes smoothly, he could contend with Teague for the No. 1 job. For now, we'll pencil him in at RB2.

3) Steele Chambers
Steele Chambers will be counted on to take a step forward in 2020, but he simply wasn't featured outside of a nine-carry, 56-yard showing against lowly Rutgers. In four cameos, he logged 135 yards and a touchdown. He's still a project for now, but has an all-around skills package Ryan Day has to love.
Ohio State freshman RB Steele Chambers is a versatile athlete who could play both offense and defense. He carries that kind of versatility with him at running back where he brings size, speed, vision, and power (which you can see below). pic.twitter.com/Q2sBfJPWOM

4) Miyan Williams
The Buckeyes will welcome 2020 recruit and three-start prospect in Miyan Williams to their program in June. Reports suggest that OSU adores his physical approach out of the backfield, and he could very well contend for the No. 3 spot in the depth chart with a promising spring.
