On Monday, a court judge ruled the surveillance video in Robert Kraft's never-ending solicitation case as inadmissible at the upcoming trial, despite the fact its existence could prove crucial in determining the Patriots boss' guilt or innocence.

The fact of the matter, however, is the video's alleged existence allows the state of Florida to release it to the public so long as it was obtained within the normal means of a law enforcement investigation.

This ruling was finalized to protect innocent Florida citizens who were actually receiving massages at the Orchids of Asia spa on the day Kraft was caught on security cameras. In theory, however, Florida is permitted to release the clip.

It's worth noting, though, in the latest ruling on the clip's essential uselessness in the trial, Kraft's lawyers are likely to push for it's permanent expungement. This would ensure it could never be obtained by news outlets or the public.

We'll speak for most of the citizens of this great country in assuming you want nothing to do with watching the video, but you never know, it very well could make its way to your laptops, TVs and phone screens.
