Raiders agree to new deal with veteran QB Jimmy Garoppolo

The next step is here for veteran signal-caller Jimmy Garoppolo. For a while now, it has been expected that he'd be leaving the San Francisco 49ers to suit up for a new squad. Now, we know that squad will be in the AFC West.

According to Adam Schefter, Jimmy G and the Las Vegas Raiders have agreed to terms on a new deal for three seasons. Garoppolo and Davante Adams? That's what's on the way.

Garoppolo suffered a season-ending injury last year, which was tough to see. Now, though, he's motivated to get back on the field and make an impact for his new squad. We'll see how things go for him over in Sin City.
