Raiders Fans Need to Check Out These Pictures Inside the New Allegiant Stadium
By Emily Adams

Allegiant Stadium, the new home of the Las Vegas Raiders after their move from Oakland to Sin City, has been under major construction even in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. And though the outside is something special, we finally got our first glimpses at the interior.
While it doesn't have any of the anticipated bells and whistles installed yet, the stadium looks pretty impressive. The biggest feature we've been waiting for is that translucent ceiling that was supposed to give the domed stadium a more outdoor feel and, well, it's coming into place.

The result is a little underwhelming. From some angles, it doesn't seem to accomplish the natural light effect that we were promised at all, but a straight look up at the ceiling shows that it's letting in more light than it seems. It doesn't have the sleek, modern look yet that the exterior has, but there's still a lot more work to be done, so let's hope the construction crews will live up to our (very high) expectations.

No matter how it turns out, a new stadium is always a cool experience for fans, and Raiders fans better cross their fingers that the public will be allowed to attend games this season. It would be such a shame if we didn't get the full experience of Allegiant Stadium for a whole year.
