At the time, Oakland used a second-round pick in 2018 on Sam Houston State defensive tackle PJ Hall, and now the new-look Las Vegas squad is inching toward making more changes. Hall is now reportedly on the trade block.

Hall, 25, has appeared in 30 games across his first two NFL seasons and has recorded 48 tackles, 1.5 sacks and 2 passes defensed. While his time spent on the field is something teams like to see out of a second-round pick, his stats don't tell the same story.
It's unclear what the Raiders are looking for in return, given Hall's lack of production as a pass rusher. He's been regarded as a reliable run-stuffer, however, which rival general managers could value when considering making a trade with Las Vegas.

With two years left of cheap control on Hall's deal, he could be had for a late-round pick. Jon Gruden is looking to add more selections to his arsenal as the Raiders look to rebuild the roster with two first-round picks this coming Thursday.
