Raiders Reportedly Not Expected to Suspend Antonio Brown After Veteran's Heartfelt Apology to Team
By Parker White

It's a good thing the Oakland Raiders play on Monday Night Football because they have more time to digest all this hoopla surrounding wide receiver Antonio Brown.
We know that Brown got into an altercation with Raiders GM Mike Mayock and that there was a chance he'd get suspended and likely miss Week 1.
But then AB got in front of his teammates at a meeting and issued "an emotional apology," according to ESPN's Josina Anderson.

The higher ups still need to hold him accountable, right? At least suspend him a game to make it clear you won't stand for this?
Nope! The Raiders reportedly are not expected to suspend their star wideout and he could even play Week 1!
Here is a sense of how quickly things are changing in Oakland: Yesterday, #Raiders coach Jon Gruden told people AB was not in their plans for Monday. Now, I hear… there is a real chance he not only does not get suspended but actually plays. Wild times

All he had to do was say he's "sorry" for the way he's carried himself? Maybe he truly feels bad for how he's acted, especially in recent days, but knowing that his guaranteed money could be voided because of all of this mess, I'm sure he changed his tune pretty quick.
Think this will work out for the Raiders?
