After a strong showing in their season opener, the Raiders have come crashing down to earth, getting outscored 62-24 in their following two matchups. They'll look to halt the skid against the Colts, and will look to run the offense through Josh Jacobs, who leads all rookies with 228 rushing yards.
With Antonio Brown out of the picture in Oakland, Derek Carr has developed a strong rapport with tight end Darren Waller, who hauled in 13 receptions in Week 3.

No Andrew Luck, no problem. The Colts are off to a solid 2-1 start and Jacoby Brissett has been terrific through the first three games. He has a 72% completion percentage, seven touchdowns and only one interception. Meanwhile, running back Marlon Mack is averaging just under five yards per carry with two scores on the season.
