Random Woman Sent to Jail After Sneaking Into Yankees Bullpen and Shaking Hands

In one of the most bizarre stories you will hear surrounding the Yankees all season, it appears that a woman has been put in jail after sneaking into the team's bullpen during an 8-4 loss to the Indians at Progressive Field.

Saying this story is strange is an understatement.
Why exactly did this woman feel motivated to sneak into the Yankees bullpen? The world may never know. Maybe she wanted to tell Chad Green and Jonathan Holder to stop stinking up the joint? Maybe she wanted to ask Adam Ottavino how he grips his slider?
You forgot to quote the best part of the story - “She shook all our hands except Chad Green,’’ Zack Britton said of the woman who described herself as a Yankees fan.”

She clearly was very friendly, shaking hands with any reliever she got the chance to. Perhaps she just saw this as an opportunity to meet some of her favorite players, though it is unknown if this woman was even a Yankees fan.
Either way, in a season in which peculiar stories have been a constant with this Yankees team, this may take the cake as the weirdest of them all.
