The whole baseball world is honoring the late pitcher, with the Rangers showing class throughout this whole process. Donating all proceeds from Tuesday's game to the Angels foundation is a move that everyone can get behind, and one that Los Angeles will surely appreciate.
We all remember the emotion that poured out of Dee Gordon when he homered after Jose Fernandez's passing, and some of that same level of expression can be expected Tuesday.
On This Date: Two years ago, in his first at-bat following the death of Jose Fernandez, Dee Gordon homered deep to right field.

It is a classy move by the Rangers to honor Skaggs, and it shows us all that baseball is just a game and even opponents can come together in times of tragedy.
