Rangers Ban Fan Who Allegedly Made Racist Remarks to Latino Family
By Parker White

Last Saturday at Globe Life Park, the home of the Texas Rangers, some "fan" decided to harass and make racist remarks to a Latino family sitting in front of him.
To make sure this doesn't happen again, the Rangers have banned this guy indefinitely from attending home games.

"The Rangers are committed to providing all of our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience and we are truly sorry that this family was subjected to this offensive behavior at Saturday's game. There is no place at Globe Life Park in Arlington for this type of conduct to occur," the team said in a statement condemning the highly offensive conduct.
Jessica Romero says she and her family were harassed at a Texas Rangers game in Arlington, Texas, by a fan who made racist comments. Now that fan has been banned from home games. https://t.co/wxPLMSTIqL

Jessica Romero, one of the individuals who was harassed, posted a message on Facebook that described what she and her family experienced, and included a family photo that pictures the offending man giving them the middle finger.
Luckily, the Romero family is not deterred from coming back to Globe Life Park, as they have several more games remaining on their ticket package, and the Rangers have already come out and said they want to give the Romero family a "memorable and enjoyable experience" when they come back.
