Raptors Are Officially Screwed After Paul Pierce Picked Them to Beat the Warriors

Everybody knows a jinx, and everybody hates a jinx. You see and hear them all the time, especially those in the media making NBA predictions. In that department, suspect No. 1 is Paul Pierce.

Pierce has made a habit of making dead wrong predictions. First, he was positive the Celtics would beat the Bucks after Boston's Game 1 victory. Then it was that the Bucks would eliminate the Raptors after going up 2-0 in the Eastern Conference Finals (he also picked them to win Game 6, which they lost and officially got eliminated from the playoffs.

Now, Raptors fans can only hope the same fate isn't headed for them.

So if you believe in jinxes, or maybe you just believe that Pierce has that type of power, we can only hope you're not a Raptors fan.

Who knows, maybe the Raptors can fight the bad juju since they have an entire country behind their team. Canada, get ready for two battles -- one against the Warriors and the other against Paul Pierce's unlucky spell.
