Ravens CB Marlon Humphrey Reveals Literally Hundreds of NFL Players Didn't Even Vote on New CBA
By Jack Murphy

The NFLPA recently approved the proposed Collective Bargaining Agreement put in place by the NFL. This new plan will implement a 17-game regular season, new playoff format and higher minimum salaries for players. While it was a close vote among the NFL players, many of them did not make any decision at all.
According to Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey, around 500 NFL players did not even vote on the CBA.

Some of these players are not even taking the time to evaluate the rule changes that can change their livelihoods?
Humphrey understands how people could be for or against the newly opposed CBA -- either stance is much better than staying silent on the issue.
It’s good and bad to this deal I could see why anyone would vote either way. I just think it’s amazing guys don’t even care.

When players are voting for the CBA, they are not only representing themselves, but their teammates and opponents as well. The vote came out to be 1,019 to 959. If these players who did not vote casted one, it could have altered the NFLPA's results.
