Redskins Failing to Reach Out to Champ Bailey About Hall of Fame Until This Week is Inexcusable
By Parker White

Champ Bailey will be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame Saturday night, and while he'll always be remembered as a Denver Bronco, he did play the first five seasons of his career with the Washington Redskins.
However, the Washington franchise didn't congratulate him on the biggest honor of the sport until earlier this week.
Bailey, talking at the Hall of Fame media availability, was asked by @woodypaige if he ever considered going in as a Washington player. That's when Bailey said: “I mean, no. It was never on the table. Nobody from Washington had called me until three days ago. Nobody.”

Crazy.
“Nobody from Washington had called me until three days ago. Nobody,” Bailey said.
I wonder why he never considered going into the Hall of Fame as a Washington Redskins player? It appears, as far as Bailey is concerned, he spent his entire career in Denver.

The three-time All-Pro cornerback spent 10 of his 15 seasons with the Broncos, as he was the signature piece in the trade that sent running back Clinton Portis to Washington.
I'm going to venture to guess that Bailey won't have much to say about his five-year tenure in Washington, especially since they waited almost six months to congratulate him on the Hall of Fame.
This is just the latest in a long line of embarrassments from the Redskins organization under Dan Snyder. At this point, we shouldn't even be surprised.
